Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Service
This Non-Comprehensive AMC covers routine maintenance and service support for the specified equipment. Services include inspection, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments to ensure proper functioning.
2. Exclusion of Spare Parts
This contract covers service/labor charges only. Any spare parts, components, consumables, or replacements required will be charged extra at actual cost with prior approval from the client.
3. Preventive Maintenance
Periodic preventive maintenance visits will be carried out as mutually agreed, to ensure optimal performance and minimize breakdowns.
4. Breakdown Support
In case of equipment failure, service support will be provided during working hours. Response time will be as per agreed service levels.
5. Working Hours
Services will be provided during standard business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Equipment Coverage
Only the equipment listed in the AMC agreement will be covered under this contract. Any additional equipment will be charged separately.
7. Consumables & Accessories
Items such as batteries, cables, connectors, adapters, cartridges, and other consumables are not covered under this AMC.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client shall ensure proper operating environment, stable power supply, and authorized usage of equipment. Any damage due to misuse, negligence, or external factors is not covered.
9. Software & Data
Basic software support may be provided; however, data backup, data recovery, and licensed software issues are not included unless specifically agreed.
10. Third-Party Equipment / Services
Equipment not supplied or supported by us, or services involving third-party vendors, are not covered under this AMC.
11. Payment Terms
AMC charges are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Services may be withheld in case of pending payments.
12. Contract Validity
The AMC is valid for the agreed contract period and is non-transferable.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with prior written notice as per agreed terms. No refund will be applicable for the unused period unless specified.
14. Force Majeure
Service delays due to circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) shall not be considered a breach of contract.
15. Acceptance
By entering into this AMC, the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
